What FAQ schema is
FAQPage structured data is JSON-LD that describes a page containing questions and answers. The markup gives machines a structured representation of the FAQ content; it should not be used to invent answers that are absent from the visible page.
How to use this generator
- Add each real question and its complete visible answer.
- Remove sample rows you do not need.
- Generate and review the JSON-LD.
- Place it on the same page as the corresponding visible FAQ content.
- Validate the deployed page with an appropriate structured-data testing tool.
Do not treat schema as a rich-result guarantee
Search engines decide which result enhancements to display. Correct structured data improves machine readability, but eligibility and display are controlled by the search platform and may vary by content type, policy and query.
Keep schema synchronized with the page
If an answer changes, update both the visible FAQ and the structured data. Maintaining one source of truth in your CMS is better than letting markup become stale.
